Quick Reference Program Details

Pre-season / off-season
Our primary focus for both the pre-season and off-season is to keep players conditioned and their stick skills sharp. We alternate between weight training and conditioning and most of these activities are lead by our returning players and captains. It is expected players will own responsibility to stay conditioned during the off-season and participate in team activities when they can.  

Regular Season:  February - May
Tryouts: Begin in February. Flyers will be posted around school to sign up. You can always come back here for up to date info. Players must have stick, running shoes, PE clothes.
Equipment: Helmet, shoulder pads, arm pads, cleats, cup, mouthpiece, gloves and stick. See links page for equipment suppliers.
Practice Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:30 pm - 8:00 pm.
Conditioning: Saturday 8:00 am  - 9:30am while season is in session.
Game Schedule - Tuesday and Fridays. Check game schedule for additional information.

Summer League: July - August
Sponsored by Vitality Lacrosse. See links page for more information.  We encourage all our players to be active during the summer either through this league or one or more of the various skills camps offered.

Fall League ("Box" Lacrosse): October - November

This is primarily geared for our varsity team and is invite only. Players who choose to accept the invite and join the team are expected to attend games and one weekday practice. Participation in any family vacations should be considered prior to accepting the invite to join this team.
